Congratulations to Teresa Todd, Assistant Communications Supervisor from Washington County. Teresa has been awarded the Joanne Perkins Scholarship to attend the APCO North Central Regional Conference in Bloomington, Minnesota April 30- May 3, 2006.

This will be the first regional conference Teresa has been able to attend and I'm sure Teresa will do a great job representing Iowa APCO.
