Meeting called to order by President Nancy Brady at 1220.

Motion by Teresa Lang, Second by Pamela Litchfield to approve agenda. All in favor, motion carried.

Motion by Andy Buffington, second by Marilyn Stayner to approve minutes of last meeting. All in favor, motion carried.

Randy Thompson lead discussion on Constitution & Bylaws changes.

Bylaws Resolution #4. Motion to approve by Diana Borash. Second by Julie Twedt. Aye 42, Nay 0. Bylaws Resolution #4 carried.

Bylaws Resolution #5. Motion to approve by Louis Johnson. Second by Judy Flores. Aye 46, Nay 0. Byalws Resolution #5 carried.

Bylaws Resolution #6. Motion by Wendi Hess to amend to read, “Any committee appointee must be a member of Iowa APCO.” Second by Julie Twedt. Vote on amendment Aye 46, Nay 2. Motion carried. Vote on amended Resolution #6 Aye 47, Nay 2. Amended Bylaws Resolution #6 carried.

Bylaws Resolution #7. Discussion on resolution suggesting members of committees be notified if they are going to be replaced. Motion to table resolution by Bob Coffin. Second by Diana Borash. Aye 41, Nay 0. Bylaws Resolution #7 tabled.

Bylaws Resolution #8. Discussion on resolution. Motion to table by Judy Flores. Second by Bob Coffin. Aye 49, Nay 0. Bylaws Resolution #8 tabled.
